2025 Global Academy Summer Camp

Dear student and teacher, Southwestern University of Finance and Economics (SWUFE), China is delighted to invite you to attend the 2025 Global Academy Summer Camp at School of Business Administration (SBA), Southwestern University of Finance and Economics (SWUFE), Chengdu, China.

What is it?

It is a summer programme provided by School of Business Administration (SBA), Southwestern University of Finance and Economics (SWUFE).

Time: 04 - 13 June 2025 (ten days)
Venue: Chengdu, China
Theme: Discover China: Tradition and Modernization
Credits: 2 credits
Language: English
Target group: fulltime bachelor and master students + staff/teacher
Quota (tuition fee waived): 2 students and 1 staff

Why to join?

Discover the coexistence of Chinese tradition and modernization;
Earn credits, obtain cross-cultural experiences and make friends;
Visit the ancient and modern city, Chengdu, which is ranked the Happiest City of China for consecutive 16 years and the host city of 2025 The World Games;
Enjoy a fantastic summer time with fewer costs. We will cover the 10-day costs of accommodation, meals, lectures, company visits and cultural visits in Chengdu. Participants shall cover their round air tickets, visa, insurance and personal costs.

How to join?

1. Nomination: Please send your motivation letter by 27 March 2025 at sona.galanova@euba.sk.

After the EUBA selection process of the candidates, EUBA will nominate 2 students and 1 staff at the SWUFE by 28 March 2025. Afterwards SWUFE will contact all nominees and send them the application guide and further information, copying to the contact person of sending institution.

2. Application: Nominee(s) shall apply online by 15 April 2025.

3. Admission: Letter of Acceptance will be issued 30 April 2025 by SWUFE.

SWUFE are offering 3 places free of tuition for EUBA, including 2 for students and 1 for staff.

Moreover, SWUFE will cover the 10-day costs of their accommodation, meals, lectures, company visits and cultural visits in Chengdu. Participants shall cover their round air tickets, visa, insurance and personal costs.
