EUBA’s Project Center invites staff members involved in international project implementation to apply for the upcoming PM² Methodology Training, conducted as part of the Visegrad Fund project “IMPACT: Boosting capacity to manage international projects at V4 Universities” (no. 22510113).
The PM² Methodology, developed by the European Commission, offers a practical and structured approach to managing EU and international projects. This online training will provide participants with essential tools for planning, implementing, and monitoring projects following PM² principles.

Eligibility criteria:
- Employees engaged in international project tasks (proposal writing, management, finances, or similar)
- English proficiency at B1 level or higher

Applicants must complete the recruitment form in English, explaining their motivation and how they intend to use the knowledge gained. The training ends with an exam to be completed by 31 January 2026.
Participants who successfully finish the training will have priority for participation in the 2026 thematic discussion panels on international project management organized within the IMPACT project.
