The University of Economics in Bratislava organized its 15th edition of the Training Days 2023 from November 20 to 21, 2023, with the subtitle Erasmus+ Blended Intensive Programmes (BIP).

In the winter semester of an academic year 2023/2024, we organized jubilee 10th edition of an international educational project Central Europe Connect - Joint Certificate Program (CEC), that enables short-term international student exchange at three economic universities in Central Europe. The CEC project is a joint project of the University of Economics in Vienna (WU), the University of Economics in Warsaw (SGH) and the University of Economics in Bratislava (EUBA). Within this unique certified program, 20 students from each university attend lectures and discussions on the topics of economic development of the countries of the Central European region.

In the spirit of fostering collaboration and knowledge exchange, the EUBA hosted the Danube Conference 2023 on November 9-10, building on its inception in 2017 at the Ulm University. Rooted in the ethos of sharing experiences and perspectives on emerging challenges, the conference has become a pivotal event in the academic calendar. The Quality Assurance Centre of the EUBA took the reins as the host, steering the international discourse toward ethical considerations in teaching and research and the transformative impact of AI on higher education.

On October 10, 2023, the International Office of the EU in Bratislava organized the International Study Abroad Fair to bring students closer to all the possibilities of studying abroad. The fair brought together exchange students of the winter semester 2023/2024 and full-time students who presented their universities through engaging presentations. In addition, they shared their culture, traditions, and cuisine, creating a great opportunity for local students to network.
