STUDY WITH EUBA: ACADEMIC YEAR 2024/2025

YOU ARE WELCOME

We are ready to welcome you as a new exchange student of the University of Economics in Bratislava (EUBA), Slovakia.

What did the students from 2023/2024 say?

Samuel F.  - USA (UW-La Crosse): “I really enjoy being in Bratislava because there is a lot to do and is a big city, but not so big that it is overwhelming. I also find it interesting how the buildings are a mix of older buildings showing the city of the city, as well as much newer, modern buildings!“.

Natalia C. - Poland (Krakow University of Economics): “In my opinion, the courses are quite manageable, not too demanding. My favourite one is the Slovak language course because it not only teaches the language but also includes interesting cultural insights!“.

WINTER and SUMMER SEMESTER 2024/2025

Please take note of the following instructions: 

• Fill out the application form which we will send you soon after you've been nominated. 
• The courses are listed on the university website. Please choose at least 3 courses from the list of courses.
• You must register for these courses in the AIS system from June 3, 2024, to June 14, 2024, (8,00 - 23,59) for the winter semester, and from November 25, 2024, to December 9, 2024 (8,00 - 23,59) for the summer semester.
• You will be given a code for your AIS system which you can use to check your courses, schedule, and exams. 
• We will meet during the mandatory event, Welcome Week - 9.9.2024 - 15.9.2024 for the winter semester and 27.1.2025 - 2.2.2025 for the summer semester.
• After the exam period ends, we will send your results to your university.

SCHEDULE OF THE WINTER and SUMMER SEMESTER 2024/2025

STUDY PROGRAMS & SCHEDULE

Every incoming student must choose at least 3 courses from the List of courses.

The online course registration will be open shortly after the nomination deadline. 

WINTER SEMESTER: Registration for courses will be open from June 3 to June 14, 2024 (8,00 - 23,59)

SUMMER SEMESTER: Registration for courses will be open from November 25, 2024, to December 9, 2024.

Students will receive all the detailed instructions, username and password to the AIS, the manual, and the specific terms of each online registration round.

If you want to nominate your students till May 1, 2024, for the winter semester and September 30^th, 2024 for the summer semester, you can send us the nomination to incoming@euba.sk with the following information:

• Erasmus+ code of the university (only EU countries, including Turkey),
• Name and surname,
• Degree of study (Bachelor/Master)
• Gender,
• Student nationality,
• Date of birth,
• E-mail address,
• Period of exchange (Summer/Winter).
