We are ready to welcome you as a new exchange student of the Bratislava University of Economics and Business (EUBA), Slovakia.

Gulbakhor – China (Peking University HSBC Business School): “During my exchange semester at EUBA, I managed to participate in numerous activities in a short time. Campus life is vibrant, from Welcome Week to university courses, engaging professors, and making new friends. I especially enjoyed representing Uzbekistan and China at the International Study Abroad Fair, sharing our cultures and education. Choosing an exchange semester here has truly been the right decision for me.”

Grace – Italy (Università Degli Studi Di Pavia ): “As an international student at Bratislava University of Economics and Business, my experience has been both academically enriching and culturally inspiring. Beyond my studies, I’ve enjoyed exploring Slovak culture by visiting art galleries, attending ballet and opera performances, and discovering beautiful landmarks like the Blue Church. I also appreciate how the university invites professionals from different fields to share their real-world experiences with students. Campus life is very welcoming, with friendly and supportive people, and one of my favorite spots on campus is the university coffee bar that operates from a bicycle, which makes it such a unique and fun place to stop by between classes.” 

Tom – Netherlands (HAN University of Applied Sciences): “So far, I really like the EUBA. The teachers are nice, and workload is very low compared to the Netherlands. The school also offers nice places to sit for studying and hanging out with friends! Also, the cost of living in Bratislava is cheap which makes it a nice place for students to live.”

WINTER and SUMMER SEMESTER 2026/2027

Please take note of the following instructions:

• Fill out the application form which we will send you soon after you have ve been nominated.
• The courses are listed on the university website. Please choose at least 3 courses from the list of courses.
• You must register for these courses in the AIS system from June 1, 2026, to June 12, 2026, (8,00 - 23,59) for the winter semester, and from November 23, 2026, to December 4, 2026 (8,00 - 23,59) for the summer semester.
• You will be given a code for your AIS system which you can use to check your courses, schedule, and exams.
• We will meet during the mandatory event, Welcome Week – 14.09.2026 - 20.09.2026 for the winter semester and 01.02.2026 - 07.02.2026 for the summer semester.
• After the exam period ends, we will send your results to your email.

4 MAIN POINTS WHY TO STUDY AT EUBA

SCHEDULE OF THE WINTER and SUMMER SEMESTER 2026/2027

STUDY PROGRAMS & SCHEDULE

Every incoming student must choose at least 3 courses from the List of courses.

The courses offered for the winter semester can be accessed via the following link: CLICK HERE

The online course registration will be open shortly after the deadline for nominations.

WINTER SEMESTER: Registration for courses will be open from June 1 to June 12, 2026 (8,00 - 23,59)

SUMMER SEMESTER: Registration for courses will be open from November 23, 2026, to December 4, 2026.

Students will receive all the detailed instructions, username and password to the AIS, the manual, and the specific terms of each online registration round.

EUBA E-MAIL

In August or January, you shall receive your personalized EUBA e-mail – check your inbox or spam. Teachers will communicate with you solely via email. You will receive the syllabus of each course with all of the instructions before the semester starts.

If you want to nominate your students till May 1, 2026, for the winter semester and October 15, 2026, for the summer semester, you can send us the nomination to incoming@euba.sk with the following information:

• Erasmus+ code of the university (only EU countries, including Turkey),
• Name and surname,
• Degree of study (Bachelor/Master)
• Gender,
• Student nationality,
• Date of birth,
• E-mail address,
