The Bratislava University of Economics and Business (EUBA) welcomed 94 exchange students from 20 countries for the Summer Semester of the 2025/2026 academic year. The students arrived from partner universities across Europe, Asia, and America through the Erasmus+ Programme and bilateral cooperation agreements.
The Rector of the Bratislava University of Economics and Business, Ferdinand Daňo, awarded the Imrich Karvaš Award for the best dissertation and the best diploma thesis in the academic year 2024/2025 at the meeting of the EUBA Rector's Board on November 19, 2025.
On the occasion of International Students' Day, the Rector of Bratislava University of Economics and Business Ferdinand Daňo presented special scholarships to nineteen exceptional students at the meeting of the EUBA Rector's Board on November 19, 2025. Students from all faculties were awarded - whether for exceptional academic results or for representing the university in sports at the domestic and international level.
The Rector of the Bratislava University of Economics and Business (EUBA), Prof. Ferdinand Daňo, recently received a delegation from the Faculty of Applied Languages and Intercultural Communication of the University of Applied Sciences Zwickau (WHZ). He welcomed the Dean of the Faculty, Prof. Thomas Jonen, and Prof. Janina M. Vernal Schmidt to the EUBA. The meeting culminated in the signing of a double diploma agreement, which is the result of many years of cooperation between the two universities. It also builds on joint activities in the field of language education, research, and international student mobility.
