These instructions for completing the electronic application form are intended only for registering applications for those interested in studying at the 1st level of study – Bachelor's degree – at the University of Economics in Bratislava and its faculties. Please read the following instructions carefully and follow them when creating and registering your application.

Please pay attention to the complete completion of the electronic application. Only a completely completed electronic application entitles the applicant to pay the fee of € 90 (with the exception of the fee for the Economics and Law study program - see information on fees and methods of payment).

We strongly advise you to observe diacritics when filling out the electronic application (capital and small letters, long and soft letters, etc.).

 

A. Registration

  1. Enter the following address into your computer: https://e-prihlaska.euba.sk and proceed to access the EUBA Academic Information System.
  2. Register by clicking the "Registration" button.
  3. Fill in all the details in the registration form.
  4. Enter the verification data as instructed.
  5. Confirm the data by clicking the OK button.

 

B. Signing in

  1. Registered applicants, fill in the email and password provided in the registration. Applicants who have already studied/are studying at the University of Economics in Bratislava and have created user access at ais2.euba.sk, enter the login name from ais2.euba.sk in the Email item, enter the password in the registration form.
  2. Press the "Sign in" button.

Warning: in the "E-mail" item, enter the email address you provided during registration, otherwise a new password cannot be sent to you.

 

C. Creating an application

  1. Click on "Admissions" in the left column of the screen.
  2. V pravej časti obrazovky kliknite na položku „VSPK060 – Elektronické prihlášky“.
  3. In the "Select level of study" field, select I. - Bachelor's degree.
  4. Click the "Add Application" button at the top left of the screen.
  5. In the "Study program" field, enter the name (or abbreviation) of the study program you are applying for and use the Search button.
  6. Note: Study programs that contain the letter "e" in their abbreviation (e.g. bZPe_10) are study programs in the external form of study. Some study programs also contain the abbreviation of the pedagogical workplace in which they are carried out (e.g. MI - Michalovce).
  7. From the list of searched study programs, select a specific study program according to the academic year in which you want to start your studies and confirm your selection with the Confirm button.
    Note: The data on each application tab must be confirmed with the Next button. If any data on a given tab does not meet the expected values, errors and warnings will be displayed at the top of the application. Errors are marked in red and must be corrected in order to proceed to the next tab. Warnings are displayed in orange and are intended to alert you to data that needs to be checked. For each checked item, you can find a button „“, which you can press to call up a description of what is expected in that item.
  8. Fill in the personal data tab. You can get a list of acceptable items for citizenship by clicking the button + „Choose citizenship“. Select the nationality in a similar way. Button serves to delete the contents of the field. In addition to the mandatory data, also fill in the place of birth, country of birth and telephone number. In the item "Passport number" a foreign applicant from an EU country will enter the OP number if he does not have a passport.
  9. Fill in the "Additional information" tab with information about the parents. Fill in the name, surname and maiden name of the mother and father. Next, fill in the information about the permanent address. Required items are marked in yellow. After clicking on the selection button + a selection list is available. If you enter the postal code of the delivery post office when registering a municipality, when you press the "Enter" button, the municipality in which the delivery post office with this postal code is located will be added. If the icon for selecting from the code list remains active, clicking on it will display a list of municipalities for which the given post office is the delivery post office. The country will usually be added automatically. Fill in the correspondence address only if it is different from the permanent residence address.

    Please pay special attention to filling in your permanent address and correspondence address. The reliability of further correspondence within the admissions process depends on their correct and complete entry.

    The system preferentially loads data from white fields into the address, therefore, if an exact match for the address is not found in the code list, it is necessary to specify the address in the white field.
  10. Fill out the tab titled "Application".
    The study program you are applying for is filled in the application form based on the previous steps. The initially selected study program of one faculty can be changed by deleting it using the button to the right of the study program, and a new study program can be selected using the button +.
  11. If you see the "Choice of subjects" table, the mandatory subjects of the entrance exam (General study requirements) are already marked. Select the foreign language of your choice in which you will take the entrance exam by marking it and confirming with the OK button.

    All subjects of the entrance exam will then be marked in the form. The foreign language can be changed using the button.
  12. If you are interested in including another study program of the given faculty in a different form of study in the application (e.g. in the 1st place you want to include the study program XY in the full-time form and in the 2nd place you want to include the same study program XY in the external form of study), you will use the button in the next study program +, You will be shown the study programs of the same faculty and you can proceed similarly to the first case.
  13. Fill in the "Previous work" tab. Enter the data about the high school - type of high school, high school code from the code list by clicking the button + and the field of study code from the code list by clicking the button . Do not forget to fill in the (also expected) year of graduation.
  14. If you have an electronic student book, you can use the download of high school grades directly from the student book. Press the Electronic Student Book button. You will be redirected to the page where you log in to your electronic student book. After logging in, return to the application form and press the Load School button.

    Alternatively, enter information about the universities you have attended so far.

    If the university you studied at, for example, abroad, is not listed in the code list, enter its name in the "University" field.
  15. Fill in the "High school grade" tab. Fill in the grade achieved on the end-of-year (annual) reports in each grade, calculated to two decimal places (excluding grades from behavior and optional subjects). By clicking on the field designated for overall grade, your high school grade point average will be calculated.
  16. Applicants who graduated before 2024 will fill in all years of high school study. Applicants who will graduate in 2021 will fill in data for the 1st - 3rd year (for five-year schools, for the 1st - 4th year) of study.
  17. Using the button „+“ to enter the individual subjects studied in each year of high school and fill in the data on the achieved grades in the given subject. After clicking on the field in which the first of the subjects is displayed, a database with a list of other subjects will open. If the subject you studied is not in the given database, select the item "Other subject" and enter its name in the field "Subject description".
  18. If you graduated before 2024, also provide information about the subjects of the school-leaving examination. In the "External part" and "Internal part" columns, indicate the percentage of success in the given subject. In the "Level" column, click on the appropriate row to display a list of options. Select the level of the school-leaving examination (A, B, C) if you graduated in 2005 - 2008, otherwise select "N".

    If you used the download from the electronic student book on the "Previous experience" tab, press the Download grades button, which will allow you to download data on subjects and grades for individual grades or the high school diploma that are registered in the electronic student book.
  19. No attachments are required.
  20. Kliknite na tlačidlo OK a uložte zadané údaje. Údaje môžete uložiť aj skôr a potom sa môžete k zadávaniu údajov vrátiť.

D. Modification of application data

  1. In the form "VSPK060 Electronic applications", click on the application you want to modify and press the button and follow the instructions to create an application.
  2. If you just want to view the contents of an application that has already been created, click the button .

 

E. Application confirmation

  1. If the application form is already completely filled out and you do not want to interfere with its content, confirm the application by clicking the button  and select "Confirm".

 

F. Printing the application form

  1. It is not necessary to print the confirmed application.

 

Please note: If you want to apply to multiple faculties of the University of Economics in Bratislava, you must create an application for each of these faculties and pay a handling fee for each application.
