Projekt EUBA STUBA leadership 5.0: Štartujeme spoluprácu v rozvoji líderských zručností
Od januára 2026 realizuje Ekonomická univerzita v Bratislave v spolupráci so Slovenskou technickou univerzitou v Bratislave nový rozvojový projekt s názvom „EUBA STUBA leadership 5.0“. V piatok 6. marca 2026 sa uskutočnilo úvodné stretnutie (kick-off meeting) riešiteľských tímov oboch inštitúcií.
O čom je projekt?
Hlavným cieľom tejto iniciatívy je modernizácia riadenia a posilnenie manažérskych kompetencií vedúcich pracovníkov oboch univerzít. V ére digitálnej transformácie a umelej inteligencie (AI) sa projekt zameriava na:
- Systémové vzdelávanie: Rozvoj zručností v oblasti strategického rozhodovania, emočnej inteligencie a riadenia zmien.
- Využitie technológií: Implementáciu AI nástrojov do manažérskych a administratívnych procesov.
- Individuálnu podporu: Profesionálny mentoring a koučing prostredníctvom Mentoringového centra EUBA.
Spoločne pre moderné univerzitné prostredie
Projekt využíva synergiu konzorcia EUBA – STUBA. Kým experti z EUBA zastrešujú moduly zamerané na psychologickú bezpečnosť tímov a osobnú odolnosť lídrov, kolegovia zo STUBA prinášajú odborné know-how v oblasti digitálnych inovácií a AI.
Výsledkom bude nielen vyškolenie 60 kľúčových zamestnancov, ale aj vytvorenie spoločného Akčného plánu leadership 5.0, ktorý zabezpečí vysoký štandard riadenia na oboch univerzitách aj v budúcnosti.
