Basic Information Concerning Accommodation in the Student Dormitories of the University of Economics in Bratislava for the 2023/2024 Academic Year

WARNING: Hereby we notify EUBA students that the accommodation fee is to be paid on a monthly basis in advance!

The AiS2 will generate the monthly payment for the student as follows:

• the first monthly payment for September is to be paid by the student until 11 August 2023,
• the second monthly payment for October is to be paid by the student until 25 September,
• the third payment for November is to be paid by the student until 25 October

The EUBA student who has been granted accomodation in the student dormitories of the University of Economics in Bratislava (hereinafter the “EUBA SD”) is obliged to:

1. Pay the first monthly accommodation fee in accordance with the Internal Directive No. 1/2022 until 11 August 2023. Payment of the first monthly fee is a pre-requisite for accommodation in EUBA SD!
   In the case of additional accommodation allocation, pay the monthly fee within the deadline set in the Accommodation Schedule for 2023/2024 Academic Year.
2. The EUBA student who has been granted accommodation will have his/her accommodation fee generated in the AiS2 (Accommodation Overview, "runner" icon „“ Display Accommodation Fees, 2023/2024 Academic Year (Change to), "Confirm" „“, „runner“ icon „“ Payment Instructions, Fee Payments, „Payment Instruction Details“ „“ ), this is where the applicant for accommodation can view all the payment requisites (Amount, Account No., Bank Code, IBAN, Variable Symbol, Specific Symbol) and only then can pay the set monthly fee!
3. Take up accommodation within the deadline set in the Accommodation Schedule for 2023/2024 Academic Year and present oneself for moving in at the Accommodation Department during office hours: Monday - Friday 08:00 a.m. - 11:30 a.m., 12:30 a.m. - 14:00 a.m.
4. In justified cases (sickness, stay abroad etc.) accommodation may also be taken up through another person after the set fee has been paid.
5. When taking up accommodation, it is necessary to present:
   
   • valid ID card,
   • 2x current photograph (minimum size: 2.5 x 3 cm, maximum size: 4.5 x 4.5 cm).

Monthly execution of accommodation payment!

For a payment transfer to proceed faultlessly it is required that the following information be entered correctly:

1. solely by cashless transfer to an account number, using the variable symbol and the respective specific symbol of the EUBA SD where the student has been granted acommodation; in the Remittance Information section the name and surname of the  student who has received accommodation is specified.
   
   
2. Bank Account Reference: State Treasury

As the remittance information it is necesary to specify the name and surname of the student as well as his/her permanent residence, e.g. Jozef Mrkva Poprad

When taking up accommodation at a EUBA SD it is advised that all students acquaint themselves with the accommodation terms and conditions in the respective EUBA SD. Based on the student's consent with these terms and conditions, the student will sign the Accommodation Permit and acknowledge the House Rules of Student Dormitories of the University of Economics in Bratislava and the provisions thereof, which he/she shall comply with during his residence in the EUBA SD.

It is in students' interest that they peruse the above-mentioned regulations in advance, prior to signing the Accommodation Permit!

We recommend that students in their 2^nd year of the 2^nd level of higher education study (fifth year of their studies), when signing the accommodation permit, specify the validity of their accommodation permit until 31 May 2024.
