For more than 80 years of its existence, our oldest economically oriented university has sent more than 100 thousand graduates to the world. Thousands of foreigners were among its students.
The volleyball players of Slávia Ekonomická Univerzita Bratislava won the 4th match of the final series at UKF Nitra 3:0. After three consecutive victories, they have achieved the 20th championship title in women's volleyball in the 2021/2022 season. They have beaten UKF Nitra 3:1 in matches.
The University of Economics in Bratislava received the prestigious "HR Excellence in Research" award
On May 5, 2022, the European Commission awarded the prestigious "HR Excellence in Research" award to the University of Economics in Bratislava as the third university in Slovakia.
In the summer semester of an academic year 2021/2022, we organized the seventh edition of the educational project Central Europe Connect - Joint Certificate Program (CEC), that enables short-term international student exchange at three economic universities in Central Europe. The CEC project is a joint project of the University of Economics in Vienna (WU), the University of Economics in Warsaw (SGH) and the University of Economics in Bratislava (EUBA). Within this unique certified program, 20 students from each university attend lectures and discussions on the topics of economic development of the countries of the Central European region.
