We would like to introduce events that have been organized during the year 2019 at our university in the form of this calendar in which we selected the most important activities.
We opened the year with a competition for Erasmus+ outgoing students who spent their semester abroad. Summer semester started with the Welcome week for incoming foreign students in February where they had an opportunity to get ready for the courses, explore campus and start making friends before lectures began. In March students were preparing for International Study Abroad Fair where they presented other countries and brought our students closer to their home university.
Our university also put emphasis on strengthening of international networks. For this reason, we organized during the summer a lot of activities such as International Week in cooperation with Vienna University of Economics and Business or Summer School of International Business Consulting Program side by side with the University of Wisconsin in LA Crosse in America.
In September we started with the Welcome Week once again for nearly 200 international students. We finished the end of the year with the cooperation with Vienna University of Economics and Business and SGH Warsaw School of Economiocs in Poland and the organisation of the Winter School for students from Instituto Technologico y Estudios Superiores de Monterrey in Mexico.
