Rector of the University of Economics in Bratislava Ferdinand Daňo signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM). On behalf of rector, the UiTM guests were welcomed on 3 July 2019 by Mr Boris Mattoš, vice-rector for international relations. Ms Anetta Čaplánová, REPESEA project coordinator, and Mr Ľubomír Darmo, REPESEA project manager, were also present at the meeting. For the UiTM, Mr Nor'Azam Mastuki, dean of Arshad Ayub Graduate Business School and Mr Syed Jamal Abdul Nasir bin Syed Mohamad, deputy dean, attended the meeting.
UiTM has shown interest in collaborating in the field of students and teachers exchange and research. We are considering to involve this partner in our future research projects too.
UiTM is a public university based in Shah Alam with a focus on research and graduate and postgraduate education. The University was founded in 1956 and currently has 170,000 students at 26 faculties. UiTM has an extensive network of international collaboration and high national and international standards.
