The Faculty of Economics and Finance at the Bratislava University of Economics and Business (EUBA) hosted participants of the international BIP Erasmus+ TOPSIM Business Simulation programme from 16 to 20 March 2026. The project was developed in cooperation with Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences (Finland), Hochschule Heilbronn (Germany), and the University of Ss. Cyril and Methodius in Trnava.

Over the course of five intensive days, 85 students immersed themselves in a dynamic business simulation, managing a virtual company in international teams. They took on various managerial roles – from marketing and finance to production – and made both strategic and operational decisions based on real business data and analyses. The programme concluded with final presentations and the announcement of the winning team.

Beyond academic experience, the BIP Erasmus+ programme also offered a rich social agenda. Students had the opportunity to explore historic Bratislava, enjoy a boat trip on the Danube to Devin Castle, and share a dinner featuring traditional Slovak cuisine.

Students of the Finance, Banking and Investment study programme at the Faculty of Economics and Finance will have the opportunity to participate in the programme again in October 2026, this time in Heilbronn, Germany.
