On Sunday, September 15, 2024, at 4:00 p.m., an extraordinary meeting of the EUBA management and the deans of the Bratislava faculties was held. At this extraordinary meeting, they dealt with the current situation caused by heavy rainfall and strong wind and the resulting restrictions in individual locations in Slovakia.
For this reason, the management of EUBA and the deans of the Bratislava faculties decided:
- on the start of classes in the winter semester of the academic year 2024/2025 for full-time students of Bratislava faculties (NHF, OF, FHI, FPM, FMV and FAJ) from Monday 23 September 2024 according to the timetable,
- on the postponement of classes in the winter semester of the academic year 2024/2025 for full-time students of Bratislava faculties (NHF, OF, FHI, FPM, FMV and FAJ) until 20 December 2024,
- about teaching at an external study according to the original teaching schedule,
- on moving the ceremonial opening of the academic year 2024/2025 from 16/09/2024 to Monday 23/09/2024 at 10:00 a.m. in the Assembly Hall EUBA.
Employees will receive further instructions on the working regime from their superiors.
It is recommended that all EUBA employees and students observe increased caution when moving to workplaces and student residences.
The dean of the Faculty of Business Economics EUBA with seat in Košice will decide on the advancement to the Faculty of Business Economics EUBA with seat in Košice.
