The Rector of the Bratislava University of Economics and Business, Ferdinand Daňo, awarded the Imrich Karvaš Award for the best dissertation and the best diploma thesis in the academic year 2024/2025 at the meeting of the EUBA Rector's Board on November 19, 2025.
The Imrich Karvaš Award for the best dissertation was awarded to Peter Knížat, CSc., PhD., a graduate of the Faculty of Economic Informatics at EUBA, who prepared a dissertation on the topic of Functional data in spatial econometric models.
The Imrich Karvaš Award for the best diploma thesis was awarded to Ing. Natália Peťková, a graduate of the Faculty of Economic Informatics at the EUBA, who prepared her diploma thesis on the topic "Comparison of stock indices using multi-criteria variant evaluation analysis".
