Following the UEBA’s Long-Term Plan for Development for 2015 – 2019 with an extension to 2023, the only signatory representing Slovakia in the UN PRIME initiative (Principles for Responsible Management Education, http://www.unprme.org/participation/view-participants.php?partid=4967), UEBA profiles as a continuously learning organization supporting the culture of quality and innovation.
Signing the Diversity Charter Slovakia, UEBA is the first university in Slovakia to become one of 41 ambassadors of diversity and inclusion in the country (https://www.chartadiverzity.sk/signatar/). The goal of the Diversity Charter Slovakia supported by Slovak decision-makers is to create a culture of mutual respect, trust, empathy, education and inclusion to motivate innovative and creative approaches. Signing the Diversity Charter, the signatories commit themselves to respect and appreciate diversity at the workplace as a value promoting innovations and stimulating the competitiveness and economic performance.
