On February 27, 2018, the Portuguese Ambassador to Slovakia, H.E. Ana Mara Coelho Ribeiro da Silva visited the University of Economics in Bratislava. In her lecture Ms. Ambassador discussed both Portugal’s position in the European Union and current issues such as migration, security, and the future of the European Union.
In the discussion, students were particularly interested in fight against corruption and drug use, Portugal’s relationships with former colonies, and also the attitude of the Portuguese to the increasing tourism and labour force from abroad.
