The University of Economics in Bratislava in cooperation with leading European and Asian universities launches, in the academic year 2018/2019, seven prestigious degree programmes that allow students to graduate with two diplomas.
English-, French- and German-taught international degree programmes covering management, finance, business and diplomacy are offered in cooperation with selected universities such as Nottingham Trent University, EM Strasbourg, Université de Lorraine, Martin-Luthers-Universität Halle-Wittenberg, University of Latvia in Riga, University of National and World Economy in Sofia, Ningbo University in China and National Institute of Development Administration in Bangkok.
The programmes enable students to get an internationally recognized academic qualification certified by a diploma of the University of Economics in Bratislava and a partner university abroad where they spend a part of their studies. They are designed to enhance real-world application of the skills acquired in the programme and graduates' employability on the global labour market.
Full-time study in a foreign language with a double degree or joint degree option is an answer to aspiring graduates of economically-oriented bachelor's programmes interested in launching an international career.
I joined the General Management programme because I was looking for a quality education, more interaction with lecturers, and of course, I wanted to improve my business English. I can say that the programme gave me all of this, and even more. Through discussions with my classmates from abroad, I was able to find out how business works in their countries. Thanks to my language skills, it was much easier for me to find an internship abroad. The programme is multidisciplinary and expanded my horizons. Regular business cases analyses helped me to develop critical thinking and creativity, says General Management programme graduate Lucia Pivková, currently working abroad.
Applications are accepted till May 31.
